* Always replace any defective and over 3 years old fan, thermostat, radiator cap,and rubber hose. Replace excessive wobble and lossenness belts and fan clutch.

* Clean and remove all residues on engine block for gasket landing. File and grind off any burrs and nicks.

* Apply sealer on both sides of gasket before place on block.

* Install pump and torque bolts at crisscross pattern with OEM specification torque.

* Make sure all pulleys and clutches are sat squarely on the hub.

* Turn pump by hand to ensure fan blade move freely and it clear from radiator and shroud.

* Make sure the maximum wobble on fan balde is less than 0.25".

* Fill coolant and check the system integrate.

* Pipe threads on pump has taper. Don't ever over stress pipe onto pump. Which may cause crack on aluminum casing and void the Warranty.

* On a Non-auto tentioner belt system, deflect belt 0.5" for proper belt tension.

* Start engine and run engine to normal temperature condition. Shut down engine for leak inspection.

* Don't ever open radiator cap, or any connected equipment in hot condition. It may cause injury.
