* Back up all set screws to the end on every polylock from stud girdle. Finger tight polylock onto rocker studs. Make sure polylocks are seated on the flat side of trunion shaft.

* Slide stud girdle onto polylocks until passed the recess on polylock.

* Tight polylock and set screw one by one . Make sure the girdle is always moving freely during this process.

* Adjust valve lash on rocker arm according to technical information of rocker arm.

* Tight side securing bolts on stud girdle.

* Check and make sure proper clearance of rocker, stud girdle and polylock as specified.

* Crank engine to ensure the polylock is not hitting rocker top slot and girdle.

* Apply adequate oil on valve train system for engine break-in.
