C.A.T. offers pedestal & shaft mount aluminum rocker arms. The pedestal mount rocker arms for SBC and SBF are including of extruded 2024T3511 aluminum alloy rckers, 4340 short steel shafts, extruded aluminum pedestals, locking devices, all hardwares and spacers. Mopar SBM & BBM shaft mount rocker arms are combined with 2024T3511 extruded aluminum rocker arms, 4340 long steel shafts, adjustable push rod seat for both ball and cup pushrods, and locking devices. Combination of different intake and exhaust ratio are available for pedestal mount rocker. All rockers feature with heavy-duty needle bearing supported fulcrums and roller tips to reduce friction for improving durability, lower engine oil temperature, and increase horsepower and torque. Minor machine works may required for OEM heads to accept SBC & SBF pedestal rocker system and fit 40/60 or standard valve space with OEM guide plate only. SBC pedestal rocker fit all OEM cast iron and aftermarket aluminum heads with 20 & 23 degrees valve angles. SBF pedestal rocker fit all OEM cast iron and aftermarket aluminum heads with standard valve angle. Slight offset pushrod seats at SBC & SBF rockers allow proper alignment adjustment. LS1 & BBC pedestal rockers are for OEM heads only. |
